หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Work follows all standard sequence & procedure of all tasks (F&B service standard)
• Understand all details of food and beverage in restaurant
• Perform and align all service standard
• Using software for working such as menu details, price, and related data (POS Respo)
• Beverage making in accordance with recipe standard
• Monitor and record daily par stocks after close shift with accuracy
• Conduct all summary reports of food and beverage dep. (Use software and generate with new format design)
• Ensure hygiene and safety management in all process

ระดับการศึกษา : ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 5 - 10 ปีขึ้นไป

อื่นๆ : ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in hospitalities, or related field
• 5 years working experience in hospitalities field
• Good command of Thai/English proficiency
• Able to use Microsoft Office (hotel software is plus)
• Either sensory, sommelier, cicerone or barista skills are preferentially considered
